How did the band get started? Me and Candice formed the band back in December, and we started out as a ska band. But.....we lost our original horn players and went to punk, but a month or so ago we came back to ska after Wes and Kristin joined up.
What is your goal as a band? Our goal is to Praise God and serve as a Ministry with our music, and maybe one day get into the Christian Music Scene. And we also wanna have fun, and it has been a blast so far.
What style do you play? SKA SKA SKA, mixed with a little punk....and our newest song has a techno sounding intro.
Where are you guys from? We are from the Chicagoland area.
What is the music scene like in your area? The Chicagoland area has many great bands on the scene, including Nifty 50, The Madd Hattarz, and many more.
What bands influence your band? I would have to say Five Iron Frenzy, The Insyderz, and....at least for me....Nifty 50.
What kind of a ministry does the band have? Our lyrics, and hopefully soon our shows, will have an impact with crowds we play for.
If you had the choice, which band would you tour with? I think everyone would say Five Iron Frenzy, or Skillet, or The Insyderz.
Any interesting concert experiances or funny/weird stories? We once played a show for 4 people in a living room.
What would you say the best part of the show is? Our goofy stage stylings (If any)
Do you ever play cover songs? Yep, we do a fun filled cover of MxPx's "Chick Magnet"
Best and worst things about being in a band? The best things are having fun at practices, and watching things fall into place, and I'd say the worst parts are trying to organize practices, and driving all over the area to practice.
Anything people should know about the band? We love JESUS!
