"Turquoise Pants"
The Pechanios
|
They sound good. They're energetic. They're The Pechanios, and they are definitely not a band you would want to miss. From the time the first track, "Song For The Youth" starts, you just can't help but like these guys. The sound is rock, but The Pechanios clearly have many punk influences. The vocals are great and the music is tight - definitely a plus. "Push Them Away" and "Longest 6 Weeks...." are well written songs that keep the energy going. "Personal Vendetta" is, in my opinion, the best track on the disc. "Turquoise Pants" comes to a close with a cover of Audio Adrenaline's "Big House". Now, I normally hate that song. But when it's done Pechanio-style, it actually sounds really good. Do yourself a big favor and check these guys out. http://listen.to/pechanios |
