Johnny Respect

I noticed that your drummer, Mark, left the band. How are things going without him? Everything has worked out great. I mean, Mark is a great friend, and we were sad to see him leave. We respect him greatly for doing what God wanted him to do.

How did the band get started? Phil and Mark were in a band called CloudBreak with a kid named Kyle, Kyle left, so Johnny replaced him.

What is your goal as a band? To obey and follow God

What bands influence your band? Social Distortian, Good Riddance, No Use for a Name

What kind of a ministry does the band have? We as a band feel that our ministry is to show God's love by being a friend and eliminating any bounderies kids would find with people in bands, like being "cooler than you!"

If you had the choice, which band would you tour with? social distortion

How did you guys pick Bulletproof Records? they gave interest

Any interesting concert experiances or funny/weird stories? Being wrapped in t.p. at cornerstone.

What's the wackiest thing you've ever done in concert? we are not wacky

What are the best and worst things about being in a band? best... playing music and making friends. worst.. missing our friends

Anything people should know about the band? we are not punk-a-billy

I heard you guys have a new cd coming out, when will that be? It's called "life ain't what it used to be" and it should be out by february.
