"Skallaluia Too"

The Insyderz

I have been waiting for this cd for a long time, and after racing out to get it I was not dissappointed. "Skallaluia Too" was well worth the wait. The Insyderz took 14 worship songs and put them into a blender along with lots of ska, a little hardcore, a bit of swing, and even a little bit of pop. To highlight a few songs, "When I Look Up" is an Insyderz skacore original. A song like this will help to put all of your decisions into the right perspective. "Shout to the Lord" is just awesome. I don't know how to describe it, emo-ska maybe? "The Old Rugged Cross" is transformed into an old-school swing song and trombone player Sang sings it with an Elvis-like twist. "Psalm 121" was written and sung by former drummer Nate, who recently left the band to be a preacher. "Pour Out My Heart" is an emotional worship song, one that I can't help but like.
You don't have to be a fan of ska to like this cd, you just have to love God.
