Once again, I'm amazed at how much a band can improve in such a short period of time. The 13th Tribe, straight from Maryland, is one of the better ska bands on the East Coast. Full of energy will a sound that brings to mind the Insyderz's Motor City Ska days. The first song, 'Hometown Heroes' is just the perfect way to start off the CD - it makes you want to just get up and dance. 'Weather' is a fun song that will remind you that the 'weather ain't so nice in hell'. 'Monuments' is a face paced song that makes you want to worship. Bottom line: the music is tight and the lyrics rock, there is really nothing bad about this band so go give them a listen.
